1. What is ShopClues Reach?
- It is a link based payment platform, which helps you as a merchant accept online payments in your store through all online payment modes Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets & UPI.
2. 2. How do I sign up in Reach?
- Log into reach.momoe.in
- Click on Sign Up to register
- Use the credentials to sign in to your Reach account
- You will get a welcome mail giving information about how to use Reach App
3. What details are required for completing the sign up?
Just enter the below details to get started with accepting online payments:
- Your Name
- Business Name
- Email ID
- Phone Number
- Bank account details
- PAN card
4. Where do I enter my bank account details?
- Go to the “My Account” tab on the panel and enter your bank account details.
5. Is a PAN Card mandatory for using Reach?
- Yes, it is. Please upload a soft copy of your PAN card in the “Profile” tab of your panel for KYC purpose.
6. Post sign-up, how much time will it take to activate my account so that I can start accepting payments?
- Your account will be activated as soon as you enter register and give the requested details in “My Account” Tab
7. How do I accept payments from my customers?
- Login to Reach using your email and password
- Go to the “Create Bill” tab
- Enter the Amount, Mobile Number & Description (optional) for the billing amount & click on “Send”
- The customer gets an SMS with a link to pay
8. How do I know when I receive the payment?
- Once your customer clicks on the link and makes the payment successfully, you will get a confirmation message post payment success. Additionally, you can go to the “Sales” tab and check the payment status of all the bills created by you.
9. What if the customer gets a payment success message and I do not?
- In the rare case that you do not receive a message post the customer’s payment, please go to the “Sales” tab and check the status of the same.
10. How will I receive the payment & in how many days?
- You will receive the payment in the bank account mentioned in your Reach panel within 2 days of the payment being made by the customer.
11. How much is the transaction cost (TDR Rate) that ShopClues will charge me?
- We charge a flat rate of 1.4% on the transaction amount (service tax extra as applicable) for use of the Services.
12. Is there a subscription cost?
- There is no subscription fee for availing Reach services
13. Is there a transaction limit?
- There is no transaction limit for using Reach. You can accept as many payments as you want.
